Thanks to a friend on Twitter (Laura from golondon.about.com), we’ve added a day trip to our itinerary. Laura clued me in on a special running now on day trips from London. £5 train ride to Brighton. I’m in! Cleared next Friday’s calendar, so unless we haven’t seen enough of London, we’ll be on the beach that day instead.

The Brighton Pavilion is definitely on my list of to-sees.
Definitely see the Pavilion! There used to be a cool tearoom there called The Mock Turtle but not sure if its still open. We also enjoyed shopping in The Lanes. Ian will probably especially like Brighton – it’s so KEWL. : o )
